We want there to be more joy in the world. Our focus may be on making more room for joy outside of work or on eliminating what drains us of joy at work. And, we always do our best to create joyful moments when you engage with Firefly.
We want to empower professionals at all levels to communicate courageously at work and think outside the box. As a business, we do our best to set an example of challenging the status quo.
We’d love to live in a world where working is optional and capitalism is compassionate. But, we’re also realists. At Firefly, our work is grounded in how we can best uplift and support professionals in the current state of work.
